Dr. Eric Mutili is a medical doctor and board member at Disability Advocacy and Services Kenya (DASK), committed to advancing inclusive healthcare for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and underserved communities. With a background in medicine and community health, he supports DASK’s initiatives in health education, preventive
care, and disability-sensitive service delivery. His work ensures that health interventions including those focused on TB, HIV, malaria, and SRHR are accessible, dignified, and equitable for all.
Through his leadership at DASK, Dr. Mutili champions public health advocacy, community outreach, and the development of healthcare systems that actively include PWDs. He brings a people-centered approach to governance, helping the network align its health programs with national and global frameworks such as Kenya’s disability-inclusive health policies and the UNCRPD. His focus areas include reducing barriers to care, strengthening health awareness, and promoting respectful service delivery for vulnerable populations.
Dr. Mutili is driven by a simple belief: accessible healthcare is not a privilege but a fundamental right. He envisions communities where no person is left behind because of their disability or background. Through DASK, he continues to support programs that restore dignity, empower individuals, and build healthier, more inclusive communities.
