Hon. Pascal Nabwana is a distinguished judicial officer and legal professional with over 15 years of experience in the administration of justice, litigation, and governance. He currently serves as a Senior Resident Magistrate and Head of Station at Wamunyua Law Courts, where he presides over criminal and civil matters, manages court operations, and chairs the Court Users Committee (CUC) to enhance collaboration between the judiciary, justice actors, and the public.
Prior to joining the bench, Hon. Nabwana practiced as an Advocate and Associate at Messrs. Mogaka Omwenga & Mabeya Advocates, where he specialized in family and children’s law, criminal law, insurance and commercial law, and corporate governance. He handled complex litigation, corporate advisory, debt recovery, and provided legal opinions to corporate and private clients.
Hon. Nabwana holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Nairobi and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He was admitted to the Roll of Advocates of the High Court of Kenya on 13th March 2011.
