    Join the DASK national network as an individual member or as an affiliate organization. Everything you submit is confidential and used only to evaluate your application.

    Individual membership is for persons with disabilities, allies, caregivers, youth, women and professionals. Affiliate membership is for registered CBOs, SHGs and disability-focused organizations.
